The editorial board of Chimica Techno Acta has developed two proprietary analytical tools to strengthen manuscript assessment. The CT(A)I-detector identifies linguistic patterns suggestive of undisclosed AI-generated text, while the Comprehensive Reference List Analyzer verifies the reliability of citations by cross-referencing multiple academic databases. Neither tool automates editorial decisions; both provide evidence that informs discussions between editors, reviewers, and authors. These initiatives reflect the journal's commitment to transparent, ethically sound publishing practices in an era of rapidly evolving research workflows.
